Who to refer: developers, engineers, analysts, architects, and technology leaders who are new to BesTech.
Tiers use the placed professional's base hourly pay rate at start, excluding overtime; direct-hire roles use base salary ÷ 2,080. Contract and contract-to-hire roles need an initial term of 6 months or more for the top two tiers. Enhanced rewards may be offered for specialized or hard-to-fill roles.
